Policy for Crown Tuxedos:
  • Deposit: $40 Deposit is required on all
        Tuxedo Rentals.


  • Alterations: We ask that all garments be
        tried on prior to the customer accepting
        them. This will allow for last minute
        altering if needed.


  • Payment: All Tuxedo’s must be paid in full
        before a Tux can leave our store.


  • Insurance Waiver: Automatically included
        in the total rental cost is a $4 insurance
        waiver. Should there be an incident that
        the tux has been damaged, you are under
        no obligation for any repairs or cleaning.

  • Delivery & Returns: Your tuxes are given to you in
        garments covers, professionally hung with a
        separate bag for your shoes. We ask that the tuxes
        come back to us on hangers with the name on each
        tux.


  • Missing Neckwear: Upon returning your Tux, if the
        neckwear is missing, your $40 deposit will be
        retained to cover the cost of a replacement.


  • Late Fees: Tuxedo’s must be returned on the day
        specified by our store. If a Tuxedo is returned late,
        you will be accessed a late fee of $20 per day.

    • It is of great importance to us that you like or even love how you feel in your tux. Our professional stylists have a sincere interest in being a part of your event and want you to feel confident in your tuxedo.
